Hi SNC,
I know there are some topics around that, but I found no answer still.
Is there a way that SNow can send notifications to a group mailbox, instead of sending a TO messege to all of the members of the group? I am using MS Exchange distribution groups.

Hi,
You can do this from the Who will receive area of the notification.
Using the who will receive - Users/Groups in fields and walk to the assignment group.group email.
That should do it.
Hope that helps!

Hi Davina,
I'm a new ServiceNow user. can you clarify where the 'Who will receive area of the notification' is? is it in the Groups?

Hi,
Within email notifications there is a tab "Who will receive" set the group field with the intended group. On the group record set the email field to the group mailbox you would like to send to, and that should do it.
