Hi @Chhavi Dixit 

You can log a Now Leaning case and mention both your email ids, new and old. and Team will do the migration of all vouchers / certs to new account.

It will take 5-7 days.

Hi @Chhavi Dixit

This can be done via a Now Learning case. If you are joining the new org, please get the partner portal access for the new org first. mentioned your source Id and target id. It will take 3-5 days and your all vouchers / certs will move to new org
