How can I translate an email notification?

Hi all,
I need configure the body of email notification in different languages (english, spanish), but I dont know if I must create different notifications in those languages or ServiceNow has any funcionality for translate the same notification. I need to have notifications sent based on the user's language.

Could you please share me the piece of code which will convert the notification message to user language.
As mentioned above, when to condition is just to trigger particular notification, but the logic to convert the notification message to corresponding language should be mentioned some where right? Could you please help me with that code.
