How can we add fields in one of portal widget

Hi Team, There is requirement to add  fields in the highlighted section in the portal .Can someone help that how can i add the fields here.

I am assuming these are catalog variables then you can manage their visibility. See attached screenshot.

If you want to add the fields on the portal with the help of HTML only you are supposed to add .The screenshot which you gave that widget is already present in your system. So just check the place and you can add the fields. And according to your requirement you can use the client controller and server script like what action should be done
