How can we add knowledge feedback functionality on backend

Hi 

We have a requirement to add knowledge feedback functionality on backend when users click on NO can anyone please help me how to achieve this.

Backend when we click on NO we need to have popup to submit the feedback same like service portal knowledge feedback option.

I'm pretty sure this guy is just running people's posts through ChatGPT and copy/pasting the responses. He commented on my post earlier and it didn't make sense at all for a human to human interaction.
