Hello,
We have a Customer Satisfaction survey that is triggered to the user when a case request status changes to Close Complete. We would like this survey to show up under "Open" to-dos but when I go to To-dos configuration the assessment table is not available to select.
Is there a way to add a survey to "to-dos" or can I add code to the the HRM Todos Summary widget to include Surveys that are "Ready to Take" to the Open to-dos
