Hi,
Example:
If we send an email to our ServiceNow email id, that email should create an Inbound email action and also it needs to trigger an incident form, in that email body we given below fields.
Name: Mathu
Department/Team: Database
Category/Sub category: Software
Comment: Testing
Submitted by: John Smith
The above field values should be mapped to email body template and respective field values in the incident form.
