How can we remove Save and Cancel button from HR task in ESC portal

Hi,

I am not able to find out from where can we remove this Save and Cancel button visible under HR Task window in ESC Portal (HR task type = collect employee input)

How hide cancel request option in esc and hr case form view for HR cases  this refers to HR case (we can remove that by adding case option in HR service configuration) but i am stuck at HR Task. 
I checked all the widgets i could think of but found nothing.

I think this is survey task assigned to that person

if save or submit is removed then how that person will submit
