How can we restrict Global search for "Knowledge & Catalog" search items should not visible for HR members?

Hi Team,
We have a query like need to restrict Global search for "Knowledge & Catalog" search items should not be visible for HR people (Roles like HR_admin, HR_user etc..)
For example, if I search a word like "network" the search items should not be visible under "Knowledge & Catalog" for who are login in user have role like HR_admin, HR_user etc...
How can we restrict the same logic in global search. Is there any properties/any scripts or any ACLs? Please provide how can we achieve the same.
FYI, in "Search group" the Knowledge & Catalog having ITIL and Admin roles.
Please provide the solutions ASAP.

I am trying to understand your problem situation. Apart from HR_admin, HR_user etc. do the HR people also have itil or admin roles?

Yes Chandan,
Some of the HR people having both/either ITIL or Admin, and some of them are not.

Prasanna, did you tried by editing the "Text Search Table" records for the respective search group. May be you can add one extra condition where it says roles is not HR_admin or HR_user.
May be it works .
