How Can We Send a Dashboard as Email?

Hi All,

I was wondering, how can I send a configured Daily Dashboard as an email to recipients and also how can it be a scheduled email?

It would be of great help if someone could help me out with this.

Tony, Yes, the functionality has been available since Fuji as well, but you do not need Performance Analytics, regardless of where the documentation was found. I just emailed myself the ITIL homepage on my Helsinki Developer instance (which is why I wrote Helsinki at 5:30am local time )

Ah yes - you are right you do not need Performance Analytics.

I did not see the facility in OOB Fuji as the Webkit HTML to PDF plugin must be activated.

So the The Webkit HTML to PDF plugin must be activated before a homepage or dashboard can be exported — which was actually mentioned in the your Helsinki doc link earlier.

Hi Ken, thanks for the info on the WebKit HTML to PDF plugin. I'm looking for a way to schedule this and send via email.. were you ever able to track down to see if this was possible?

I have not had a chance to look into it.   I think sending dashboards via email defeats the purpose of the dashboard with drill-down capability, paging, etc., but good luck with your solution.

How did you achieve to have the reports in one email?

Did you change the data type to a list?
