How can we upload the images into the worknotes that are attached to a record

Hi Guys,

How can we upload the images into the worknotes that are attached to a record. The requirement is to copy the attachments which are attached on alm_asset record into work notes field. Kindly suggest.

I believe you cannot show images in work notes but add link of the attachment record

Copy paste screenshot as attachment to any incident (or task)

Hi Ankur,

This functionality already there on incident. Whenever any image attached to the incident record it will upload the image in the work log like the attached screenshot. Hope we can do something similar for asset as well.
