How create Impersonate Button in Customer service portal ?

I have a business Requirement in customer service portal, I want to Create impersonate option in Customer service portal. Please help me on this, how can I achieve this.

Impersonate button is only available on Native view and only used in pre prod or lower environment. May i know the use case to bring this on portal?

I need impersonate option in customer service portal, every time I trying to impersonate with End user it's asking login, Because I implemented the Impersonate option in customer service portal like Below screen shot

Hi @karishma shaik 

I can suggest you workaround, 

Login in native view from your account.

In next browser window open the csm portal

Impersonate from native view and refresh the CSM portal , it will take the impersonated user only.
