Virtual Agent Designer – "Text"component in User Input Missing in Organizational Instance

Hi all,

I'm working with Virtual Agent Designer and noticed a difference between my Personal Developer Instance and my Organizational Instance.

In the Personal Developer Instance, I can see and use the "Text input" component under the User Input section. However, in the Organizational Instance, the Text component doesn’t appear, even though I’ve installed the same plugins in both instances.

Is there any reason this might happen? Could it be related to roles, permissions, or additional configuration that I may have missed in the organizational setup?

Any guidance would be appreciated. Thank you!

I believe you are having admin role on both instances.

Since you stated you are comparing PDI with Org Instance there might be difference in version. Have you cross check the same? The plugin you have installed are they are of same version on both instance? In your org instance is your plugin updated one? Try to repair the plugin if it's possible and see if it resolves your issue. If still you facing issue I would recommend you raise a HI Support case.
