How delete oob new button in other records section of security incident response workspace

There is new button in other record section of  security incident response workspace , need to disable or delete that button. which is out of box functionality .

Hello,
You can try doing this by disabling the new button in action assignmenent (sys_declarative_action_assignment_list) 
Search for the new button check the application of the button and deactivate it

It worked and just a note deactivating the action assignments will not solve the issue , just disable them by keeping them in active state only.
