Incident section is not visible on Service Operation Workspace

Hello Community,

Can anyone help me on this issue. In SOW 'incident' section is not visible under "Details" Tab. Please find the below image for the reference.

Can anybody help me solve this issue?

Try updating or repair the SOW. If it still doesn’t appear, check if someone might have removed it from the view."

So what debugging did you do and what are your findings?

Seems somebody deleted the OOTB sections and the fields in that Workspace view.

How does the workspace view look in native?

Thanks for your response, but that section is visible for me. There is only one user who can not see this incident section on SOW even though he has all the required access.

 

I tried to check the component visibility but it is working OOTB. I didn't find anything.
