How do I add an entry to the Planning Board in the Strategic Planning workspace?

I want to add entry  to the planning board in Strategic planning workspace but it says contact system administrator.

without visibility to your PDI, I cannot tell with confidence with table is that, but oyu can try adding calendars to one of these:
