How to modify the Business Elapsed Time in the SLAs

Hello Everyone,

Currently for one of the Resolution SLA is calculating the Business Elapsed Time as 24 Hrs is equal to 3Days(i.e., 8*3)=1Day, but my requirement is i need to show 8Hrs ie equal to 1Day.

Please let me know where i can modify to acheive this.

Go to:

SLA Definition → Your Resolution SLA

 

Check:

- Duration Type
- Duration value

 

If you want 1 business day, set: Duration = 8 hours (NOT 24)
