how do i add the save and submit button during create of incident in mobile app servicenow?

Hi,

I have tried to adding the button under Functions -> Actions. But i am unable to see the button in Incident form Mobile App.

Below the screenshots.

Please help me this to resolve.

Hi ,

Try following these steps.

Search Mobile App builder in navigator.

Select where you want to add buttons (Applets/Navigation).

Select your mobile app type(Mobile agent/ Now mobile).

Here you can modify accordingly.

I have tried but the button is not created in incident creation form.
