How do I automatically create ServiceNow tickets from items I add to my SharePoint list?

・Currently, we are accepting user inquiries from SharePoint.
・As a method, we use a list and make an inquiry by creating a new item that describes the inquiry items.

・ This time, I would like to link this SharePoint and ServiceNow.
・Specifically, when an inquiry is sent in SharePoint, I would like to acquire the contents of the inquiry that arrived automatically and issue a ServiceNow ticket with the contents of the acquired ticket posted.

So please tell me.
â‘  I am currently thinking of using SharePoint spoke on the Integration Hub. Is that possible?

â‘¡ Please tell me if there is any other method you know.

â‘¢ If you have any information or examples about the integration between SharePoint and Integration Hub, please let us know.

We look forward to hearing from you.

Hi Kurumi,

You might get a better response in the Microsoft forum(s) as I would consider this an integration that would push to ServiceNow, rather than ServiceNow pulling.

This sounds like a job for Power Automate where, upon a list insertion, a trigger sends a payload to your SN instance

Thank you for your reply.

From the answer I received, I wanted to set it on the ServiceNow side as much as possible, but I learned that it is difficult if it is caused by SharePoint.

Let's find out about the Microsoft side.
