How do I bring "Change Request Values" all the fields on list view on Standard Change Template ?

Hi All, 

How do I get all the fields of "Change Request Values" on list view of Standard Change Template? I do not see those fields exist on form layout. 

Below is the screen shot of fields which I have to pull on list view:

Hello,

That's not possible, But there are couple of things

1) 'Change Request Values' displays all the values which you can see by hovering.

2) If template is created from change then you can bring all request values by dot walking 'Created from change' field, You have to do this from list layout, see screenshot.

I don't see Change Request Value or Created from Change field in Available list view of Standard Template.

But how do I find any template created from Change ?
