How do I change the criteria required for the value of a password type field?

Hello everyone,

I have a field in type of Password. I can change the value of this field. However, it must have at least one character. How can I change this rule? I don't want it to be mandatory to include characters.

The minimum password requirement is 8 Charecters. Please check the password_policy_list.do table  for other details.
