Good morning, people.
This could be a trivial question, but could somebody tell me how I can choose the default columns that are shown in a workspace for everyone, not just me myself? Case in point, I want "Number" and "State" to be the first columns that all users see when they visit the "Simple list" view, without having to edit the columns on their own.
Thank you in advance!

Hi @C_dric Chen ,
These are the columns defined in the workspace view
ex: On incident list (Service Operation workspace)
To edit this column (for everyone)> change the view to workspace >rigth click on any column >configure> list layout>add/revmove column that u want.
This would reflect on the workspace:

Hello, and thanks for your response.
I have a follow-up question: If ServiceNow did not automatically create a new view for the table when I created the workspace, how should I make sure that the workspace will adopt the new view after I create this new view?
Thank you.

Hi @C_dric Chen ,
I think it would set based UX Page Registry , if don't have workspace view (it shows Default view columns)
this might help you to understnd the settings : https://www.servicenow.com/community/next-experience-forum/ui-builder-open-a-record-in-a-workspace-v...
Thank you,
