How do i configure the history cards in the recommendations tab in the SOW sidebar.

Hi All,

I have added an image for reference, but i am completely stumped at how we update the history cards for the recommendations tab after using the suggested steps skill to dismiss or attach an article. 

If anyone has any ideas please let me know?

Unfortunately not, I have used this video before and when I get to the content that needs modifying there is very little option to do so from here, I will insert another image detailing this.
