How do I create a report that displays the following:

All Assignment groups + the last time a ticket was created per group?

I have created a report using table: Group[sys_user_group]. I am not sure how to now incorporate the incident table to add the last time a ticket was created per group. Please advise.

UPDATE!

I was able to pull all assignment groups adding Incident (Number) as a column using table: Incident Metric [incident_metric]. Here is a screenshot:

I'm still not clear on how to determine when was the last time each assignment group had an Incident created? The Created date displayed in the screenshot is the date the particular incident appearing in the same row as said Assignment group was created. But I do not believe that is the most recent Incident per group.

I don’t see any solution for showcasing when was last incident created.
