How Do I create an integraton to sync incident records between the a demo instance and PDI?

I have been given the following problem:

Using your PDI and IntegrationHub with the credentials provided below, create an integration to sync Incident records between the demo instance and your PDI instance.

There will be an Incident record that contains a riddle in the Description field.  Find that riddle, solve it and add the answer to the Additional Comments field on that Incident in demo with your name.
