How do I get all the information of the "acitivity stream" on portal

Hi everyone I have a problem with the activity stream on the portal, the problem is that when I put the "Acitivity Stream" on the portal it does not show all the information, it only shows the comment's but the "Assign_to" does appear ...

Example:

Is there any way to show everythink that appears on the Back-end, on the portal ?

Hi @Badal Khojare I tried this before but it didnt worked, I solved this problem with a business rules that will write on the "work notes" a message with the change everytime that the field I specify changes
