How do I make Changes to add more selections to the Filter Navigator

I  would like to update the filters on the current filter navigator, and would like to add additional entries to the filter navigator for "vulnerable items"

Are you trying to create one more entry under "vulnerable items"?

If yes, please share a screenshot of Application under which "vulnerable items" is present and will guide you on the same.
