How do I make Changes to add more selections to the Filter Navigator

I  would like to update the filters on the current filter navigator, and would like to add additional entries to the filter navigator for "vulnerable items"

Hi, This is called modules .Please refer below screenshot and place your cursor near to the option you can get the edit option called 'Edit Module'. Use the option and modify the existing.

If you want to create a new one use the same table and create it.

The table name is 'sys_app_module.do'

right now I am not trying.  It was requested and I am just trying to figure out the process of adding other selections in the Filter Navigator under the OOB Vulnerable Items selection.
