How do I make the Reassess button modify the existing assessment rather than create a new one?

I checked the scripting UI Action logic for Reassess button where it will generate a new risk assessment rather than modifying the current previous existing assessment. Isit possible to make the system to modify the existing risk assessment rather than generating a new one?

Hi mark, if you read the questions properly, both are different questions in terms of their functioning. One is to make it available in the default view and one is to make the functional of the button. I'm sorry if you consider my approach to request for help is a waste of time but I really am facing this as an issue rather than just posting random questions here like a blog post. I really am looking for help.
