How do I preserve the instance Title and Nav bar color when cloning an instance?

I run a weekly clone and have to login to the newly cloned instance after each clone is completed to update the header title and navigation bar color for the portal. (Each instance has a suffix for what it is and it's own color). Is there anyway to exclude those two items from getting cloned over?

I recently tried adding sp_portal and sp_theme to the Clone Data Preservers table but it wiped out all my Portal data. Although the color and nav title remained the same! After the clone both the sp_portal and sp_theme tables were empty. Should I have used Clone Excludes Tables instead? I added a Preserve Default Mid Server entry into the Clone Data Preserver, so it wouldn't over write the value in that field and that worked, it didn't wipe it out.

I do have Preserve theme checked when creating a clone.
