Client has thousands of 'Active' incidents that need to be closed and they want a trend report that can be shown as a gauge or widget on a dashboard.
Looking for the following information:
- All open incidents that were created before the beginning of the month, grouped by assignment group
- The trend shows the number of incidents remaining at the end of each month, grouped by assignment group.

"Performance Analytics for Incident Management" is freely included OoB and is a limited version of the full "Performance Analytics" suite.
This is the list of limitations. Hopefully the included indicators would be useful for your client.
