How do I remove Customer Visible on additional comments for scoped applications?

I have a custom application that inherits from the Incident Table. The additional comments show "(Customer Visible)" underneath it. I created a new label without (Customer Visible) in the dictionary for the scoped application but it still does not change it. Is there a way to remove it without making any changes to the global client script additional comments?

I doubt we can remove this without making changes in global script.
