How do I tell which UI Version I am using?

Just moved Dublin into our Dev environment, and thought i would see the Toggle Navigator with Edge, but i don't.

Thanks.....I wasn't aware there was a plugin for the newer UI.   I thought it was automatic with the upgrade.
