How do the Assessment Instance State changes?

Hello,

Can anyone explain me how the state of an Assessment Instance is changing automatically.

Assessment instance is generated after survey is triggered for users.

Following are assessment instance states meaning

In Progress - Survey answers are saved but it's not submitted.

Completed - Users answered all survey questions and survey is submitted.

Ready - Survey is send to user for response.

Hello @sachin.namjoshi can you tell me why there would be a 'cancelled' state?

Cancelled state is for users who didn't complete their survey before stipulated time.
