How do we create Due Date Calculations for Dependent Task Template with fields in weeks?

 

Whenever the Dependent Task gets created using Template the Due date calculation should happen based on Previous dependent Task and SLA Weeks field like Previous Dependent Task Date + 2 SLA Weeks.
