How do we enable flow context execution details in PDI?

How do we enable flow context execution details in PDI?
I have set the "com.snc.process_flow.reporting.level" property to FULL 

But still, I can't see the flow context operations window and show the below page

Upgrading the Workflow Studio Plugin should solve your issue. I recently faced this problem and upgrading the plugin helped.
