Hi Community,

how do we identify the relationship between Boxeo and Boxeo child accounts relationship

if user is having sn_cutomerservice_customer_admin role, that user can see for his/her account and child accounts, so how can we identify parent and child accounts relationship in CSM.

Hi, unfortunately your question is not clear.
On the Account record the 'parent' field is used to maintain parent\child relationship.

if you need to see the parent\child structure within case account selection 'popup'?

Then you could add the parent field to the list of fields visible in the popup view.
