How do we integrate twilio with servicenow?

Hello Shristy,

You can follow the below mentioned documents and follow the procedure there. Please note that you need to have an account with twilio and to have a registered number from them. A very good article on Twilio is Notify, get it running in 3 simple steps.

Twilio can be connected to ServiceNow using a lot of tools like Automate.io 

This integration makes it easy to do:

1. Send SMS for new records in ServiceNow
2. Add a new record in ServiceNow after you receive an SMS in Twilio
3. Delete records in ServiceNow on a new SMS in Twilio
4. Send SMS in Twilio when a record is updated in ServiceNow
