ServiceNow has benefits, certainly, but let's be honest: it's missing some pretty basic things too.
For example, the wild variation of font sizes through the pages is very hard on people will sub-optimal eyesight. The "notes/activity" field on incidents, the default font size for text areas (such as when writing a new KBA) - both are 8pt and can't be changed.
Yes, I found a hack for setting the default for text areas but 1) it should be set to 11pt default by ServiceNow per the Web Accessibility Initiative recommendations and 2) even if ServiceNow doesn't care to support a diverse workforce, companies that do (like mine) should be able to override the setting somewhere without using an unreliable "default value" hack.

"There is currently no method for changing the default font or size of the text entered into the Activity stream.
We recommend having the user's zoom their browser in a bit if they are having trouble reading the activity."
It's wild that a company of this size and reputation is not able to figure out how to change the font size on a webpage. More importantly, it makes MY company look like we don't support diversity because we can't fix the problem. This needs to be addressed so how can we contact ServiceNow in a meaningful way to make these deficits known?

That redirects to a page that doesn't accept my login. Is there another way?
