How do we make feature suggestions to ServiceNow?

ServiceNow has benefits, certainly, but let's be honest: it's missing some pretty basic things too.

For example, the wild variation of font sizes through the pages is very hard on people will sub-optimal eyesight. The "notes/activity" field on incidents, the default font size for text areas (such as when writing a new KBA) - both are 8pt and can't be changed.

Yes, I found a hack for setting the default for text areas but 1) it should be set to 11pt default by ServiceNow per the Web Accessibility Initiative recommendations and 2) even if ServiceNow doesn't care to support a diverse workforce, companies that do (like mine) should be able to override the setting somewhere without using an unreliable "default value" hack.

And there's NO way to adjust the size of the font for notes/activity at all. Per Change size/font style of text in the Activity Journal fields Work Notes or Additional Comments - Su...

"There is currently no method for changing the default font or size of the text entered into the Activity stream.

We recommend having the user's zoom their browser in a bit if they are having trouble reading the activity."

It's wild that a company of this size and reputation is not able to figure out how to change the font size on a webpage. More importantly, it makes MY company look like we don't support diversity because we can't fix the problem. This needs to be addressed so how can we contact ServiceNow in a meaningful way to make these deficits known?

Unfortunately seems like even with a business account, the SNOW Admin of your organization still needs to allow the sign in to the enhancement site

Which is unfortunate

For example with microsoft, they have a dedicated feedback hub website where you can suggest and upvote ideas. Even with a regular personal hotmail or outlook account

For a company of ServiceNow's caliber, they really need to open up things like with the Microsoft feedback hub

Cause putting the blame of a bad build on the organization that uses your product vs the actual product itself is honestly just sleazy.
