How do you add the department field to the incident table and have it auto populate the user's department info based on the caller id?

Hi Antonio,
You just simply need to add the Department field from the Caller reference fields.
1. Go to incident form
2. Modify the form layout
3. Find the caller field and expand the reference field
4. Once you do that, you will see the department field
5. Add to the form
6. You should be able to see that when the caller is selected the department field get populated.

Hi Fisher,
Go to form layout on incident form and select caller filed and click on "expand selcted refernce filed icon"
It will open user table related fields and select department filed table and drag to right hand side by double clicking
move where you need to set above or below in list and save the record
