You can add search criteria by configuring the reference qualifier.
Go to dictionary of caller field add this
encode_utf8=false,ref_auto_completer=AJAXTableCompleter,ref_ac_columns=name;email;department,ref_ac_columns_search=true,ref_ac_order_by=name

No, ootb it will take the name as filter. Did you try with making mix field display value as true and check if did not work then no way.
Wht is your use case to get all values in one. You are going to create a bad user experience.

Hello @surajsironi ,
As per my understanding In ServiceNow, filter components (including interactive dashboard filters ) are designed to work on a single field and show only the display value of that field. For a reference field like User, the system will only show what is configured as the display value (typically the user name). There is no OOB support to show additional columns such as email, department, department head, business unit, or manager in the filter dropdown. Nested tree views or multi-column layouts inside filters are also not supported OOB.
What is possible OOB :
You can change the display value of the User table (for example, to show Name – Department), but this affects the entire instance and is not recommended.
You can add additional filters (Department, Manager, Business Unit) as separate filter components on the dashboard.
If this helps you then mark it as helpful and accept as solution.
Regards,
Aditya
