How do you effectively inform all users of your platform?

Dear Expert.

We are the system administrators for our company's Service Now.
We want to effectively get the word out to our employees and agents who are using the Employee Center.
We currently use groupware (chat and email) to get the word out.
In addition to the above, we are posting banners in the Employee Center.

We have several portals in the Employee Center, each with different access rights.
Under each portal, there is a contact point for each requested item and inquiry.
How can we get the word out to all of our platform users?

@M_Tomy We usually use the announcement feature on the Service Portal https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/xanadu-platform-user-interface/page/build/service-portal/concept/... to make an announcement to our portal users. On the platform side, we use email notifications to keep our users informed.

@M_Tomy You can go to https://<your-instance name >.service-now.com/announcement_list.do. Create an announcement with right start/end dates and select type as Banner. 
This will show a Banner on the employee centre portal and all other portals (that you choose during the creation of announcement).
