How do you export RITM variables to a csv file onto the Mid Server

I have created an Order guide that uses the OOB RITM for the request.

One of my requirements is to have those Variables (questions and answers) to be exported onto the Mid server as a CSV files.

This file will be collected and processed at the end of the day by a powershell script.

 

What is the best approach for this and how?
