How do you generate an inbound reply email using ATF?

Hi,

I want to know how do you send an inbound reply email in ATF? How do I get the watermark so that I can put it in the body of the reply email?

My objective is to reply an email from servicenow so that I can approve a request via inbound reply email.

Is that user whom you are impersonating has valid email address?

Can you try to use the email field instead of Alternating Email field from sys_user

It is working when I use the email field but the objective is the approver can also approve by using his alternate email and it is working when I send an email to the instance via outlook or gmail but here in atf it is returning error
