How do you generate an inbound reply email using ATF?

Hi,

I want to know how do you send an inbound reply email in ATF? How do I get the watermark so that I can put it in the body of the reply email?

My objective is to reply an email from servicenow so that I can approve a request via inbound reply email.

Hi,

Possibly ATF requires to check for email address present in email field only and not any other custom field.

I am trying to create a case using inbound email through ATF, please let me know the steps.
 
I tried generate inbound email step but only test got passed but no case got created in case table.
 
Please help out with the steps.
