How do you print a label using fields from from servicenow?

Hey guys,

We're trying to create a Visitor app that has people register/check-in at the lobby. We want to start simple so we only have 5 fields that they fill out from an iPad at the reception desk. Once they click submit, we want a label to print out that has their name and company and maybe who they are visiting.  Does anyone know of any code/widgets out there that can help us get a start on printing a label?
