How do you stay up to date with the latest JavaScript Tech?

Hey Everyone,

I am new to ServiceNow (5 months) and I noticed that we aren't using any modern tech in ServiceNow during scripting or customizing. For example, using old versions of Angular or Bootstrap or still using "var". (Correct me if I am wrong)

But I was wondering how do you guys stay up to date?

Side projects? Other jobs? Content Creation?

I personally try to do side projects with other tech stacks to stay up to date and not let my developing skills sit in the dust. What about you?

Sharing your thoughts would be very helpful and interesting.
