How does the connection between CheckMk and ServiceNow work?

Hello Everyone,

 

I need some info about how the connection between CheckMK nd Servicenow works.

We have configured the checkMk plugin to send the alerts to our service-now and create an incident.

which works absolutely fine.

Now i am trying to auto assign the tickets to different groups depending on the codes in short description.

How should i do that.Do i set up a business rule ? or anything else?

Please guide me your guidance is apprectiated.
