How I can avoid the approval for If Requested for Manager == Opened by User Using flow designer (Auto Approve the RITM)

Please implement the following logic: If the condition is true, do not trigger the 'Ask for approval' action. Otherwise, trigger it

you want to skip the approval or you want approval record to be generated but it should be auto approved?

what's your business requirement here?

For auto approve I have answered question recently, have a check and enhance as per your requirement
